FAITH CHINESE SCHOOL

Student’s Age: Age 4-18 and Adult Class

Materials Used: Han Yu Pin Yin, Speaking Mandarin in Five Hundred Words, Tradition Word, and Junior high level, emphasizing on translation between Chinese and English, Chinese conversation, hearing ability, practical reading, and grammar

FAITH AFTER SCHOOL

Faith After School Program is a place in which school age students (Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade) can complete their daily homework at a high levels. The program begins every day (Monday through Friday) at 3:00 PM and is open until 6:00 PM. Transportation is provided to pick up the children at school (limited seating available). 

Homework is a priority in all classrooms, and teachers work hard to make sure all assignments are completed and guide students to correct their own errors. After homework, students participate in enrichment activities including arts & crafts, reading, writing, Bible stories and math.

Faith After School programs can motivate students to achieve academic success, improving their classroom performance and their desire to learn. With New York State licensed teacher on staff, Faith After School makes education fun for students in a variety of ways.
